Rescheduling

Just imagine that you have finished the tasks for social activities. Let say, for example, you went to many places or solves some problems that was not yours. It’s more for social activities rather than just for intellectual activities. What I mean by intellectual activities is like reading book, following a talk or seminar, listen to the tadzkirah and so on. Those are the activities that support your aql or thought. Which one should be prioritized either intellectual or social activities and what do you think?

Consciously, it was no doubt that to get or learn one situation it almost lost another situation and it couldn’t be earned at the same time unless we push ourselves to arrange everything with the tight schedule. If we could do both sides, it means you are success personality.

It looks like a easy way but it’s not.

For me, both intellectual and social activities are important. Both are like Theory, Practice that should have a final goal. For instance, when we want to go to Malacca at the first time without any friend accompanies us, as consequence, we should read and find out the map theoretically. Otherwise we will be missed the way. However, if we just read the map without going to Malacca, it means valueless. Again, we have opportunity and ability to go to Malacca but we don’t have any objective for what we should do there, it means we are useless.

So, both social and intellectual activities should be combined with the same intention for the sake of God only. Allah says : “I have only created Jinn and human kind so that they may worship me” (Qur’an 51: 56).
